  • Act as the primary liaison with government agencies, handling employee registrations, updates, audits, and resolution of statutory-related concerns.
  • Administer the company’s HMO and private benefits programs, including employee and dependent enrollments, cancellations, claims coordination, and benefit upgrades.
  • Monitor BPO compensation market trends and analyze attrition data to recommend competitive salary structures, premiums, and non-cash benefits.
  • Partner with Operations and Finance to design, implement, and validate performance-based incentives, attendance bonuses, and client-funded reward programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and statutory monetary benefits to mitigate labor and compliance risks.
  • Support compensation and benefits policies related to 24/7 operations, shifting schedules, and remote or hybrid work arrangements, including PEZA and BOI considerations.v
  • De-minimis benefits and annualized tax computations (13th-month pay adjustments).

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits, payroll, or benefits administration within a BPO or call center environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code, DOLE issuances, statutory contributions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), and BIR tax computation and reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and logical formulas.
  • Hands-on experience using HRIS and payroll platforms such as Sprout, Darwinbox, Workday, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Proven ability to manage large employee populations with high accuracy and attention to detail under strict payroll and reporting deadlines.

Desired Skills

  • Experience supporting 24/7 operations with complex shift structures.
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking tools and salary surveys within the BPO industry.
  • Familiarity with PEZA, BOI, and hybrid work compliance frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with employees, operations leaders, vendors, and government agencies.
