Automation & Systems Architect | Remote (PH)
Job Summary
Ethos Support is seeking a HubSpot and Asana Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain scalable workflows across our operations, sales, and client delivery functions. This role is focused on creating efficient, reliable systems that reduce manual work, improve data integrity, and support growth. This is not a maintenance-only role. We are looking for someone who can think critically about process design, identify gaps, and proactively build solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows in HubSpot CRM and Asana across sales, operations, and recruiting
- Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, pipelines, sequences, and reporting structures
- Develop Asana workflows, forms, rules, and project templates to support internal teams and client programs
- Audit existing processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and scalability
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Integrate third-party tools and platforms as needed
- Document workflows and create internal SOPs
- Troubleshoot automation issues and implement fixes quickly
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM automation, including workflows, sequences, and reporting
- Strong experience building workflows and automation in Asana
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable systems and processes
- Experience with integrations and API-based tools
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
- Comfort working independently and taking ownership of outcomes
Desired Skills
- Experience with Gorgias or similar CX platforms
- Experience with automation tools such as Zapier or Make (Integromat)
- Familiarity with AI tools and how to apply them to workflow automation and operational efficiency
- Experience working in a BPO, CX, or operations-heavy environment
- Ability to think strategically about scaling systems across multiple clients or teams
