BASIC JOB SUMMARY:

As a versatile Content Marketing Specialist at Ethos Support, you will be at the forefront of crafting compelling content that drives our business objectives. Your role involves creating engaging materials for various platforms, such as web pages, demo videos, sales decks, webinars, and blogs. By partnering with our Marketing Team, you’ll help educate our customers about the value of our email capabilities, contributing to our awareness and pipeline-generating efforts. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our messaging, campaigns, and enablement initiatives, ultimately playing a key role in our startup BPO’s growth and success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare compelling content (e.g. web pages, demo videos, sales decks, webinars, blogs) that support business objectives
  • Partner with Marketing Team to create awareness and pipeline-generating programs
  • Build, document, and socialize our understanding of Customer Support Outsourcing buyer personas
  • Develop a strong understanding of our existing channel mix and capabilities
  • Conduct market and customer research to help the team act on emerging trends, market shifts, competitive threats, and unmet customer needs
  • Create jargon-free, differentiated positioning and messaging that fuels content, campaigns, and enablement
  • Lead new feature launches
  • Identify opportunity areas and create action plans to achieve continued success

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, preferably at high-growth B2B companies
  • ESP/Martech software experience highly preferred
  • Passion for content marketing with a strong understanding of the B2B and customer support landscape
  • Metrics-driven and focused on driving incremental results
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A world-class storyteller who can concisely spin a narrative around complex concepts to different audiences
  • Proven track record collaborating with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Product, Strategy & Ops, Enablement, Customer Success)
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, while focusing the right level of effort on each
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and decision-making skills to promptly navigate obstacles, propose solutions, and resolve issues
  • Proficiency with content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools to track content performance
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, or other content creation tools is a plus, given the diverse content formats mentioned
