BASIC JOB SUMMARY:

The Communications Coordinator at Ethos Support is a key architect in crafting and disseminating the company’s messaging across various channels. This pivotal role is designed for a dynamic communicator who is passionate about building and maintaining the bridge between Ethos Support and its diverse audiences, including customers, employees, and stakeholders. By integrating digital tools, creative content, and strategic insights, the ideal candidate will enhance our brand’s visibility, foster engagement, and support our overarching goals of exceptional customer and employee experiences. With a focus on both the precision of messaging and the innovative use of technology, the Strategic Communications Coordinator will drive initiatives that align with our mission to revolutionize support solutions through effective communication and innovative strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Master and utilize digital tools such as Canva, HubSpot, Calendly, Wix, and MS Office Suite to enhance organizational efficiency and market presence.
  • Employ social media marketing strategies to bolster our brand’s online presence and engagement.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring the completion of tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support the C-Suite in strategic planning and executing action plans to meet organizational needs.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and solve problems with a detail-oriented and methodical approach.
  • To support diverse workplace technologies, one must develop and maintain an understanding of various operating systems, including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android.
  • Contribute to the team’s success with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Manage and organize calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings to optimize executive time and productivity.
  • Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external communication.
  • Handle routine office tasks, such as data entry, file management, and maintaining supplies, to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external queries, directing communications to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Assist in coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations for team members attending conferences, meetings, and other business-related events.
  • Assist in the creation and management of digital content and organizational systems.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to drive improvements in customer experience and operational effectiveness.
  • To support financial management and perform financial tasks, including invoicing, processing expenses, and budget tracking.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, administrative coordination, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to use digital tools to improve processes and engagement.
  • Experience in social media marketing and content creation.

 

Skills Requirement:

  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
  • Advanced skills in HubSpot, Canva and Calendly.
  • Basic graphic design skills and proficiency in digital platform management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
