Nurse – Cebu and Davao (On-Site)
NOTE: This position is not remote and will not have any hybrid work opportunities. It is strictly an in office opportunity available at our Cebu and Davao offices. We do not offer relocation expenses for this role. Thank you for your consideration.
- Medical Assistance & First Aid: Provide immediate medical attention for workplace-related illnesses, minor injuries, and emergencies. Assess health conditions and refer employees to external healthcare providers as necessary.
- Employee Wellness & Mental Health Support: Offer wellness resources, stress management techniques, and mental health support, ensuring employees have access to guidance when facing work-related emotional challenges.
- Preventative Health Measures: Conduct routine health assessments, monitor workplace ergonomics, and recommend preventive care initiatives to reduce absenteeism and improve employee well-being.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, including occupational health standards, emergency response protocols, and infection control guidelines.
- Workplace Health Education: Organize health and wellness workshops, lunch-and-learns, and awareness campaigns covering topics such as stress management, proper posture, nutrition, and mental health resilience.
- Collaboration with HR & Leadership: Work closely with HR and management to implement employee assistance programs, wellness policies, and return-to-work strategies for employees recovering from illness or injury.
- Medical Record Keeping & Confidentiality: Maintain up-to-date and confidential medical records in compliance with data privacy and workplace health laws. Provide periodic health reports and wellness insights to management while maintaining confidentiality.
- Emergency Preparedness & Crisis Response: Assist in creating and implementing emergency response protocols, including training employees on first aid and workplace safety procedures.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education & Certification: Licensed Nurse (RN or equivalent) with a valid nursing license in the region of employment. Additional certifications in occupational health, mental health first aid, or trauma support are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in occupational health, workplace wellness, corporate nursing, or a related field. Experience in a call center or BPO environment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with mental health best practices and stress management techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with employees.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
